It lives up to the name, a really great black holo
If you love holographic and you want a classy black polish, this is the one to go for! Really great opacity and easy to work with, with a ton of holo payoff.
My girlfriend loves it!
This is her new signature polish, and I've yet to see her without it on. The rest of her collection feels neglected now!
My perfect black glitter holo
I'd been wanting cityscape for a while because black glitter/flake holos can often be so disappointing in person. I'm so glad I finally got it because it's now my go to black holo glitter/flake polish. Because of the jelly formula the sparkle really shines through beautifully, and I love the holo pieces not all being uniform. I added pics in direct and I direct lighting, and a closeup to see the flake/glitters. To get the darkest saturation I'd say go with three coats, or maybe one coat over a black polish to save on polish.
