Summer neutral winner!
Although this was part of the winter/Christmas collection, Cookie Cutter is a great summer neutral. It is warm, sparkly, and reminds me of sparkling wet sand at the beach. The formula seems to be a semi opaque jelly. Base coat, three layers of lacquer, and a quick dry top coat provided a perfect finish.
I’m quite fair with cool undertones and this shade, though a bit darker than most neutrals, is really quite gorgeous for summer.

I really love the vibes of this shade. I wore it just before the Christmas holiday and it really did feel like a yummy cookie mani. Some photos online are misleading. This is a very warm toned light brown polish. I liked the saturation and coverage I got in 3 coats.
