Loaded with an assortment of silver flakes as well as a touch of over-sized holographic micro-flakes, Arctic Lights is sure to impress! The crisp blue shade of Arctic Lights coupled with hints of silver shining through work perfectly together to create a dramatically cold appearing finish.
Last but not least, you may even notice a slight color-shift from an icy blue to a rich navy blue in the right lighting conditions.

Perfect for winter blues
I love doing blue nails in January, and I tend to reach for this one for either skittles or manis all the time.

Perfect icy blue for winter!
I was already in love with metallics...
...but Arctic Lights made me fall in love with Ultra-Metallics. This finish is incredible, and I cannot get enough of it. The depth of the particles, the subtle surprise of the sparkle—could not be better. I feel like an Ice Queen when I wear this color!
