PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and ILNP Cosmetics, Inc. (“ILNP,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the website https://www.ilnp.com and any related mobile applications, media, or services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Supplemental terms posted on the Site are incorporated by reference.
These Terms apply to users in the United States and internationally. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.S. do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you may not use the Site without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Site (“Content” and “Marks”) are owned by or licensed to ILNP and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly provided, no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
3. User Representations and Warranties
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain and promptly update such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (4) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation; (5) you will not use automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) to access the Site; and (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. User Registration and Account Security
You may be required to register an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and are fully responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim usernames in our sole discretion.
5. Products and Purchases
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors, features, and details of products, but we do not guarantee that such displays will be accurate, and your device may not reflect actual colors. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, correct pricing errors, and change prices at any time.
We accept payments via Authorize.Net, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and major credit cards. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes and shipping. All payments are in U.S. dollars. We do not store full credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data on our servers. When you choose to save a payment method for future purchases, a secure token is used.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, placed by resellers or distributors, or where we cannot verify information or contact you. We reserve the right to require verification or additional information before fulfilling any order. Quantities may be limited per person, household, or order.
All products are offered for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without our prior written approval.
Gift Cards: We offer electronic and physical gift cards. Gift cards and store credit are non-transferable (except as we may permit for store credit) and not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law. Additional terms may apply and are incorporated herein.
Promotions and Rewards: Discount codes, rewards points, and promotions are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and subject to additional terms we may impose. We may modify or terminate any promotion at any time in our sole discretion.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
All purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds are subject to our Shipping Information and Returns & Exchanges policies, which are expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at:

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with local import laws.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (1) bypass any security measures on the Site; (2) upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, spam, or material that interferes with the Site; (3) use any automated means, including spiders, robots, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access, monitor, or copy any content or data from the Site without our prior written permission; (4) use the Site in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws or these Terms; or (5) engage in any commercial activity on the Site except as expressly approved by us.
8. User Generated Contributions (UGC)
The Site may invite you to submit, post, display, or share content such as product reviews, photographs, images, swatches, videos, comments, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting or posting any User Content directly on the Site (including reviews and photos), you grant ILNP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, create derivative works from, and promote such User Content (including your name, image, likeness, and any photographs) for any purpose, including marketing, advertising, product pages, social media, and commercial purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed.
You represent and warrant that: (1) you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the foregoing license; (2) your User Content is accurate and based on your genuine experience; (3) your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights; and (4) you will not submit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content in our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any User Content and assume no liability for it. We do not claim ownership of your User Content; you retain ownership subject to the license granted above.
We may also feature User Content from social media when customers voluntarily share it with us (for example, by tagging or messaging us), but we will seek appropriate permission where commercially reasonable for extended use.
9. Testimonials and Additional Disclaimers
Testimonials and reviews reflect the personal experiences of individual users and may not be representative of all users. Individual results may vary. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that our products can diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Testimonials are not clinically proven or evaluated by us. External links on the Site are not investigated or endorsed by us, and we assume no responsibility for third-party websites or transactions.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ILNP OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU IN RESPECT OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU AND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY IN CASES OF WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ILNP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of the Site; (2) your purchases; (3) your User Content; (4) your violation of these Terms; or (5) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS under their then-current rules. Arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, and shall be conducted on an individual basis only.
YOU AND ILNP AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You waive any right to a jury trial for arbitrable claims. This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from bringing issues to federal, state, or local government agencies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Notice to California Users

15. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ILNP and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms.
