Cute color, iffy formula
The color is really cute; a spring-y birthday cake. That said ILNP's creme formula (or at leas the older ones) is DEFINITELY not their strongest. I needed three coats, the last one pretty thick, to cover the patchiness of the base and it's significantly harder to work with than their jelly and holo formulas.

Hard to work with.
I can’t lie. This opaque crelly with this type of glitter, are a bit goopy and not my favorite. I use it as an accent nail about once a year. It needs 3 coats for sure. I don’t have the patience to do an entire mani in this formula.
