Pretty
I will say that this one isn’t exactly what I had in mind when I ordered it, but I do still like it. I was expecting more of an electric purpley-blue, but my bottle looks like pretty standard royal blue. That being said, it is still very pretty! The rainbow shift is bright and sparkly, and it’s so shiny even without a top coat. It also builds up very opaque in just 3 coats, even though it starts out looking so sheer. Fantastic quality! I just think maybe the pictures aren’t quite accurate to what I received.

I've bought extra bottles of this. Love the sheer/jelly quality. Yes, it takes a while to have the 3ish coats dry, but it's worth the wait.
