My nail polish arrived broken, what should I do?
We package orders thoroughly to ensure this doesn’t happen but every once in a while it manages to ruin the day of a very small percentage of our customers. Although we’re not technically responsible for the damage that occurs during transit, we’ll be glad to replace your order for free (minus shipping).

I never received my package, what should I do?
Please contact support so that we can assist you in trying to track your package. Please note that we kindly ask international customers to wait at least 14 BUSINESS DAYS until contacting us about a missing package.
