A bit muted sparkles, but pretty color nonetheless!
Sparkly and Spooky!
This is the perfect Halloween polish! The black is fully opaque in just a few coats and the colorful glitter stands out beautifully against the dark base.

I wish it had a bit more dimension, I think the dark base flattens out a lot of the different layers that could be there
