I liked the shimmer in Flicker so much that I wanted it on my other polishes and this one fits the bill!
Very pretty topper
Very pretty topper. Shift varies in intensity based on what is under it, so it's more subtle on lighter colors and more dramatic on darker ones.
Pretty with or without base!
This was my first ILNP topper- it's beautiful by itself as a semi-nude color or with my black base!
