Beautiful topper!
This transparent topper is great for changing up some of your favorite polishes!
Looks great over any color
I especially like to layer this over dark colors. It gives a beautiful shifty sparkle.
Fave Holo Top Coat
Love adding this to warmer solid shades; just makes them pop all the much more! So far, I think it looks best on shades of dark red/burgundy; also, I found that placing it on top of Ink makes it look similar to Underground.
