Tinsel
Tinsel is another great topper, applies very easily and evenly. Often I don't need more then one coat of it. I like having a good silver topper in my collection and have been happy with this one.
In pictures, I have tinsel over petals on my ring and thumb.

What I love most about Tinsel is the size of the flakes. They are small and delicate to allow the user to build the topper to the effect they want.
