Full disclosure, I have preferred the cat's eye look with magnetics. I love the space-y look of the cat eye. But I am right back to staring at my nails like I've never seen color shift before. (Shout out to Deep Space. If I'm gonna test a new mag, I'm gonna use my favorite magnetic polish.)
My nails are weird-os. I have a variety of flat, very curved and sort of staple shaped with near 90 degree angles on the sides. This magnet hit all of these mix and matched surfaces perfectly.
